Responsibilities:
- Produce and oversee technical documentation in Revit that aligns with design intent and project requirements
- Comfortable interpreting and implementing state and local codes on large-scale projects
- Manage internal project teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Principal and project managers
- Coordinate with external consultant teams and communicate directly with clients
- Assist with project management duties related to project scheduling, budget, and staffing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional (non-internship) experience, 7+ preferred.
- B.Arch or M. Arch from an accredited university
- Licensed or in the process of completing your AREs
- Highly proficient with Revit
- Proven track record of communicating effectively with clients and consultants. Leadership skills are a must.
- Self-starter attitude with experience working on complex projects
- Excellent design sensibility and familiarity with construction techniques
