The Tipper Avenue property has ocean views and DA approved plans to add a third level.

“We absolutely love the house, our three kids have all left home, so we’re dipping our toe in the water and downsizing,” Cordell says. “We’ve put our heart and soul into fixing it up, and we’re sad to leave.”

The five-bedroom home on Tipper Avenue comes with ocean views, a gym, wine cellar and parking for four cars, along with DA approved plans to go up another level and unlock additional ocean views. The property – which is headed for auction with PPD’s Alexander Phillips – last traded in 2010 for $4.925 million.

The Cordell-McAsey abode joins the recently listed home of Cygnet Capital’s Darien Jagger and wife Katie – also on the exclusive coastal cul-de-sac – which is expected to reset Bronte’s $25 million price record.
